Product Description

Each HG*3.0  dry cell hydrogen generator will be delivered in a complete set.

 

The set contains:

1 pc.       HG*3.0  dry cell hydrogen generator

1 pc.       Electrical unit with the fuse and the relay (already installed on the dry cell)

1pc.        Water reservoir (with built-in bubbler function)

3 mtrs.  of Polyurethane tubes ( 1 meter of  blue, 2 meters of red)

6 pcs.     Quick-disconnect fittings (2 pcs. installed on the dry cell, 3 pcs. installed on the water         reservoir,                                                                     

1 pc. to be installed on the engine’s air intake side)

+ all the wires and electrical connectors, that will be needed at the installation.

 

HG*3.0  DRY CELL HYDROGEN GENERATOR:

Side covers:       HMWPE  (High-molecular-weight polyethylene) .   **0mm x **0mm x *2mm or  7.1 x 6.3 x 0.*7 inches. Manufactured on a DMG-MORI, CNC Milling Machine for the perfect  accuracy.

 

Cell plates:         Made out of **6L (SAE), or S****3 (UNS) acid and base resistant, low-carbon stainless steel. *1 pieces with a net gas producing surface of ***0 sq. centimeter or **5.1 sq. inches.  To provide the highest quality, the cell plates are manufactured  on a ”TruLaser ***0” CNC Laser Cutting Machine.

 

Gaskets:              NBR (Nitrile butadiene rubber is a perfect application, due to its resistance against oil, chemicals  and heat. *2 pieces, **0mm x **0mm x 3mm or 6.*3” x 5.*0” x 0.*2”.

 

Each  dry cell comes with a hologram-protected serial number ( S/N ) and a 1 (one) year, unlimited mileage warranty on material and labor as long as the unit was not disassembled and the “WARRANTY SEAL” is not damaged.

 

ELECTRICAL  UNIT

Size:   **7mm x *9mm x *7mm or 6.*7 x 1.*3 x 1.*6 inches.

The relay and the fuse are attached from the outside, for easy access. The electrical unit is already

mounted and connected to the dry cell, to make the installation more simple.
